One mission: to give aid to orphans, widows and those in critical need.

Our Beginning

Founders Sviatoslav and Tatyana have been helping and giving to other organizations for the past several years. One of their first projects was co-hosting a charity concert for war-torn Ukraine. With $16,000 in raised funds, the team was able to to purchase several shipments of 4,200 loaves of bread, 250 food packages each and building materials for 6 village homes damaged in the fighting.

“Giving Hearts International is a global community with a heart to reach those in critical need today.”

— Sviatoslav Reutovski, FOUNDER

Both felt they wanted to find a way to reach orphans. With the support of their community, shoe boxes full of toys and school supplies made it in time for Christmas to orphans in Odessa in December 2016.

Yet, it was after hearing stories of orphans in Ekaterinburg, Russia, they felt in their hearts the call to act, but this time they wanted their family, friends and neighbors to be a part of it.

Our Mission Today

Today in the Ural Mountains of Russia, kids are abused, mistreated in local orphanages, and newborns are abandoned in hospitals with no name, identity, care or future. These children live in hospitals for the first years of their life malnourished and uncared for. Giving Hearts wants to build or purchase an orphanage home for a caretaker family to live in, and be able to adopt orphan children (up to 8 kids).

The project is estimated to cost $70k for the building, taxes, furniture, and amenities for the eight children and the caregiver family.
